I try to provide a service that I would be happy to receive myself.  In other words I like to treat my customers the same way I would like to be treated.  I do my utmost to deliver on my commitments.

I aim to produce a product that is as good or preferably  better than anticipated. I try to work in such a way that my work causes minimal disruption to your life.

Judging from the quality of workmanship I have observed in others and from comments by shop and office staff in places I have worked, I believe I am in the top 20% of the UK craftsmen in the same trade. However, having seen what some places charge, I know I am not in the top 20% on costs.  I am not the cheapest either. I believe one gets what one pays for.

I will treat you and your home with respect.

If I make something, I make it to last. The savings in making a shoddy product is only about 15 – 20%, so why not make it properly and use quality components in the first place?

I will lay out in my quotes how I propose to do the work and what is included and not, so there are no misunderstandings.
